Things you’ll need:

1. Heavy Cream (as much as you want to make)
2. Powdered Sugar 1-4 tablespoons
3. Cocoa Powder 1/2 tablespoon

• Put heavy cream in medium bowl with cocoa powder
• Whip with hand mixer while adding powdered sugar gradually
• Mix until right consistency
• Put in piping bag and pipe out amazing plating!
• Lightly sift powdered sugar on top
• Enjoy!
