1. Mango Smoothie

Take frozen mango, 7UP and blend together, makes a scrumptious smoothie on a hot summer day or on anyday really! And its super simple and good!
2. Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Things you’ll need:
- 1/2 cup Plain Yogurt
- 2 cups Frozen Strawberries
- 1 Banana Frozen or Fresh
- 1 cup Milk or Coconut Milk
- 2 tsp Honey (optional)
- 1/2 tsp Chia Seeds (optional)
Place frozen fruit in blender, along with remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth, then serve immediately. All remaining smoothie can be frozen in cubes for another time.
3. Mixed Mango Berry Banana Smoothie

In blender, add 1 can coconut milk, 2 cups strawberries, 1 banana and 2 cups mixed berries. Blend all that together and drink!
