Things you’ll need:

• 2 Packages Devils Food Cake Mix
• 1 Cup Canola Oil
• 4 Large Eggs

Filling:

• 8 Ounces Cream Cheese, softened
• 1/4 Cup Butter, softened
• 2-1/2 Cups Powdered Sugar
• 1 tsp Vanilla

1. In large bowl, combine cake mixes, oil and eggs until blended well. Roll into 1-inch balls, place 2-inches apart from each other on baking sheet. Do not flatten.
2. Bake at 350 ° for 8-10 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes before removing to cooling racks. (the cookies will flatten as they cool)
3. In small bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until fluffy. Beat in sugar and vanilla until smooth. Spread or pipe filling on the bottom halves of the cookie then place another cookie on top. Store in refrigerator.
